Most people wait until they have a health problem,than they decide to go to a doctor for treatment. The best treatment for any health problem is still prevention. The best time to go to see your doctor is before you have a health problem, what we mean by that is you should have regular check ups to make sure you don't have any health problems. If you did not check your oil or water in your car from time to time you might find your self broke down on the side of the highway with a big problem. If you don't get your body checked out from time to time your looking for a big health problem. Most people check the oil and water in their own car to prevent their car from breaking down.You can also do things to prevent health broblems in the same way. Your body needs water just like your car and if it does not have enough water in it your body will break down just like your car would if you do not maintain the propper water level. People have a lot of health problems because they do not drink enough water you should drink 8-10 glasses of water a day most people drink 1-3 glasses of water per day which is not enough to maintain a propper water level for good health.
Another reason people stay in poor health is lack of exercise. People are getting lazier these days. People do not walk enough! Example; most people today if they needed some milk for their kids and a 7eleven store was accross the street from their house they would get in their car and drive to the store rather than take 5 or 10 minutes to walk accross the street . We live in a fast pace centry and people are in to big a hurry to do anything. Everything is instant this and instant that.People who are over weight would rather take a b pill to lose the weight than to exercixe it off.Taking that pill might help you lose the fat but it will not repair the streched skin and week muscles,your body needs to be exercised to build muscles and give strenget and endurence.Show me a pill that will tighten,build,and strengthen your stomach muscles like sit ups would. Show me a pill that will help you lift a 200 lb bar bell over your head. You body needs to be exercised to maintain good health. The only way your going to lift a 200 lb bar bell over your head is to exercise those muscles so they will give you the strength to do so. Show me a person with very skinny arms and give them as many pills as you want and for as long as you want and they will still not lift that 200 lb bar bell over their head. However get that same person to exercise those muscles the right way for 6 to 8 weeks and they will rebuild enough muscles and strength to lift that 200 lb weight over their head. Exercise is inportant to maintain good health.
